As demand for metallic and welded components increased alongside our growing FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) business, we took a decisive step: we separated our original metal department—initially focused on internal toolmaking—and established a completely new metal workshop.
This modern facility is built to meet the highest European standards and has been officially certified by TÜV Rheinland according to ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085. These certifications confirm our compliance with stringent requirements for quality and safety in rail vehicle construction and general metal fabrication.
Led by our in-house International Welding Engineer (IWE), Emir Rexhi, and a skilled team, we now handle the entire process chain—from laser cutting and bending to welding—under one roof.
In addition to serving our own production needs, our metal workshop plays a key role in manufacturing custom inspection gauges for our FRP division, further enhancing our quality assurance processes.
