In the production of composite components designed to meet the construction requirements, we follow an extensive documentation process in accordance with our internal quality standards. At every step of the process, we maintain a holistic view of the entire process.
Firstly, we identify all relevant production parameters necessary for the component. Subsequently, we review these parameters and ensure they align with the specifications outlined in the construction directive. These parameters can also be supplemented or expanded upon in collaboration with the customer. In the next phase, we draft detailed manufacturing instructions tailored to each specific component based on the gathered information. Following this, we prepare all necessary components for production of the component using our digital material and capacity planning tools. We also implement precautionary measures against unforeseen influences and establish quality gates in our planning. Ultimately, we manufacture the component utilizing advanced production technologies before subjecting it to final inspection and releasing it for mass production.
